Role Overview

Do you enjoy helping people plan relaxing vacations while working from the comfort of your home? We are expanding our remote team and looking for enthusiastic, organized individuals to join us as All-Inclusive Travel Advisor.

In this role, you'll specialize in helping clients find the perfect all-inclusive resort experience while also assisting with cruises, family vacations, honeymoons, group travel, destination celebrations, and international getaways. You'll guide clients through their options, coordinate reservations, and provide personalized recommendations that make planning simple and stress-free.

Whether you're starting a new career or looking for a flexible remote opportunity, you'll receive the training, mentorship, and professional resources needed to succeed. No previous travel industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to discuss their vacation preferences, travel dates, and budget
• Match travelers with all-inclusive resorts, vacation packages, cruises, and other travel experiences
• Research destinations, accommodations, flights, transfers, excursions, and optional activities
• Prepare customized vacation recommendations based on each client's needs
• Coordinate reservations using approved supplier booking systems
• Explain available promotions, travel protection plans, and package inclusions
• Communicate with clients through email, phone, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
• Monitor reservation status and assist with itinerary updates or travel changes
• Verify booking details and travel documents before departure
• Maintain accurate client records and reservation information
• Stay informed on resort offerings, destination updates, and supplier promotions while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the planning process

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, hospitality, customer service, tourism, or vacation planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple client requests
• Comfortable using computers, online booking platforms, and digital communication tools
• Detail-oriented with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Friendly, dependable, and eager to learn
• Professional attitude with a commitment to creating outstanding client experiences
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
