AI Summary

Own the end-to-end AI roadmap by identifying high-leverage business opportunities and shipping production-ready AI use cases. Drive organizational adoption through training and establish governance frameworks to ensure secure and scalable AI implementation.

At Dinotech, we foster a collaborative and forward-thinking culture where innovation, teamwork, and continuous growth are part of our everyday mindset. While we continue to grow, we’ve maintained an exciting and agile scale-up environment where innovation, collaboration, and people remain at the heart of what we do.

Despite our rapid growth, Dinotech still has that exciting start-up feel. We embrace a hybrid working model to balance professional growth with personal well-being. With a dynamic work environment, attractive salary, and a culture that thrives on collaboration, our power is our people.

We provide company laptops and other things you may need to work comfortably. Remote workers are always invited to our annual company trip and other team events. Ready to be part of something exciting?

What are we looking for now?

A hands-on, results-driven AI Transformation Lead to turn AI from buzzword into measurable business output. Someone equally comfortable mapping a messy workflow on a whiteboard, building a working proof-of-concept with the latest LLM tooling, and presenting ROI numbers to senior leadership. We're not looking for a pure strategist or a pure builder; we want someone who can do both: identify where AI creates the highest leverage across our business, ship real use cases end-to-end, and drive adoption so teams actually use what gets built. AI is moving fast and so are we. You'll have the autonomy, the budget, and the executive backing to make AI a genuine source of competitive advantage across the company.

What You'll do:

  • Own the AI roadmap end-to-end; make build, buy, and prioritisation calls based on ROI, technical feasibility, and business impact.
  • Map current workflows across the business (operations, customer support, marketing, finance, product, engineering) to identify bottlenecks, repetitive tasks, and high-leverage opportunities for AI.
  • Ship real AI use cases end-to-end; from problem framing and prototype through to production deployment, monitoring, and iteration.
  • Drive adoption across teams through hands-on workshops, training, documentation, and embedded support; make sure tools actually get used, not just delivered.
  • Measure impact rigorously: establish baselines, define KPIs (time saved, cost reduced, quality improved), and report results back to leadership and the teams themselves.
  • Establish governance foundations; usage policies, data handling rules, model evaluation, security guardrails, and vendor management without slowing the business down.
  • Continuously evaluate the AI landscape (models, agents, automation platforms, copilots) and translate it into pragmatic recommendations for the company.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and functional leaders to embed AI inside the systems people already use, rather than bolting on yet another tool.
  • Build business cases and ROI models that justify investment and clearly communicate what's working, what's not, and what to do next.
  • Share knowledge across the company and help raise the AI literacy of the whole organisation.

What You'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in transformation, product, consulting, operations, or AI-focused roles, with at least 2 years actively shipping AI or automation solutions in a business setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of the current AI landscape: LLMs, generative AI, RAG, agents, AI workflow and automation platforms, and the trade-offs between them.
  • Hands-on capability; you don't need to be a senior engineer, but you can build a working prototype, design and iterate prompts and run a meaningful evaluation.
  • Process and workflow design: you can sit with a team, map how work actually happens, spot the bottlenecks, and redesign the process around AI rather than sprinkling it on top.
  • A ROI mindset: you think in baselines, business outcomes, and measurable impact; not demos and pilot decks.
  • Change management instincts: you know that adoption is harder than building, and you have the patience and communication skills to bring people along.
  • Stakeholder management across levels; comfortable presenting to executives, running workshops with operators, and pairing with engineers in the same week.
  • A strong communicator who can translate AI concepts for non-technical audiences and business needs for technical ones.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity: when requirements are unclear, you ask the right questions, align with stakeholders, and find a way forward.
  • Organised and proactive: you take ownership and keep things moving.
  • Proficiency in professional-level English communication, both written and verbal.

What We would like to see:

Please note, these aren't requirements, just things we think would be particularly valuable. If anything or everything here doesn't apply to you, please don't let that put you off applying.

  • Experience in iGaming, fintech, e-commerce, or other regulated, high-volume consumer industries.
  • Familiarity with AI orchestration and automation tooling such as n8n, Zapier, Make, LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar.
  • Exposure to MLOps / LLMOps concepts: evaluation pipelines, observability, prompt versioning, and cost monitoring.
  • Working knowledge of data platforms (warehouses, event streams, BI tools) and how AI fits into them.
  • Awareness of the EU AI Act, GDPR, and emerging AI governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Track record of standing up an AI function or capability inside an organisation from zero.

What success looks like in your first 6 months:

  • A clear workflow map of the highest-leverage areas of the business.
  • A prioritised AI roadmap with build/buy decisions and ROI estimates.
  • High-volume, repetitive tasks automated and running in production.
  • At least one measurable, high-impact AI use case delivered end-to-end.
  • Teams across the business using AI tooling weekly as part of their normal workflow.
  • Baseline metrics and a reporting cadence in place to track AI impact over time.

What We offer:

  • Hybrid working model or fully remote
  • Innovative international company that uses cutting-edge tech equipment
  • Collaborative teams and agile multicultural environment
  • Competitive salary with flexible working hours
  • Private health insurance for you and your family
  • Corporate events throughout the year
  • Ongoing learning and professional development opportunities
