AI Tinkerer Intern

Requirements

• Exploring and experimenting with AI tools across creative, operational, and research workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
  
• Building internal systems, automations, workflows, and lightweight tools that improve how the studio functions.
  
• Researching emerging AI tools, trends, and technologies relevant to design, creativity, and digital operations.
  
• Documenting findings, learnings, and experiments in a structured and usable manner for the wider team.
  
• Collaborating with founders, designers, and cross-functional teams on exploratory AI-led initiatives and projects.
  
• Taking initiative to test unconventional ideas, prototypes, and systems that can improve efficiency, creativity, or internal processes.
  

• Students, tinkerers, makers, and freshers with a strong interest in AI tools, workflows, and experimentation can apply.
  
• A portfolio, body of work, experiments, side projects, automations, prompts, prototypes, or anything that demonstrates curiosity and hands-on exploration with AI tools and systems. (academic qualifications are secondary, we judge applications solely on the basis of practical work and experimentation)
  
• Working knowledge of AI tools, no-code platforms, automation systems, creative workflows, or emerging technologies.
  
• Knowledge of coding, coding tools, scripting, or AI-assisted development platforms is a plus.
