AI Summary

Own and maintain customer-facing and internal documentation for audiology software, utilizing AI agents to draft release notes and guides. Coordinate localization across 16 languages and partner with product teams to refine UI text and workflows.

PROJECT OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Senior AI Technical Writer to own documentation across the portfolio of audiology software products and tools. Working at the intersection of product knowledge, AI tooling, and communication, you will create and maintain customer-facing and internal documentation, including release notes, user guides, administrator guides, IFUs, and operational knowledge resources.

The role requires ability to travel across EU.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL

  • Own customer-facing product documentation and release communications – defining what gets communicated, at what level of detail, and in what voice across all products;

  • Direct AI agents — write precise prompts and orchestrate agent pipelines to draft release documentation from ADO/Jira items, changelogs, and QA reports;

  • Audit for accuracy — catch factual errors, hallucinations, version mismatches, and feature descriptions that don't reflect the shipped product;

  • Calibrate for audience — adapt content for end users, clinic admins, and technical integrators; enforce the right depth and terminology for each;

  • Maintain voice and brand — uphold the style across all customer-facing documentation. Partner with product and design teams to occasionally create and refine in-product UI text, microcopy, workflows, and user guidance, acting as a UI/UX writer when needed;

  • Triage and scope — decide what crosses the threshold for public communication and build that policy into repeatable agent workflows;

  • Manage source inputs — pull from and reconcile ADO/Jira tickets, QA sign-offs, product specs, and developer notes as inputs to the documentation pipeline;

  • Improve processes — continuously refine prompt templates, review checklists, and tooling to raise quality and reduce cycle time;

  • Manage translations and translated documentation — coordinate documentation localization across products, currently up to 16 languages per product, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and timely delivery of translated customer-facing content;

  • Define and maintain documentation standards, templates, review processes, and best practices across products.

IF YOU ARE

  • 5+ years in technical writing, product documentation, or developer communications — ideally in a SaaS or healthcare software environment;

  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools (LLMs, AI writing assistants, or agent workflows) in a production documentation context;

  • Strong information architecture instincts — you know how to structure content for the reader, not the developer;

  • Sharp accuracy auditing skills — you can spot a plausible-but-wrong feature description and know how to verify it;

  • Experience working directly with product management and engineering in an agile/sprint environment;

  • Familiarity with ADO, Jira, or similar issue-tracking systems as documentation source material;

  • Excellent written English; concise, direct, and consistent under pressure of release cycles.

NICE TO HAVE

  • Experience in audiology, healthcare IT, or regulated software industries;

  • Hands-on work with prompt engineering or custom AI agent configuration;

  • Familiarity with docs-as-code workflows or structured authoring environments;

  • Experience writing for multiple distinct audience segments from a single source;

  • Experience managing translated documentation or localization workflows across multiple languages;

  • Proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English.

HOW’S THE HIRING PROCESS GOING

We strive to make our hiring process smooth and transparent to find the perfect match for both sides. Steps may differ depending on the role, but here’s what to expect:

  • Initial Interview: If your background fits the role, we’ll invite you for an interview with a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

  • Technical Interview: Depending on the position, you may complete a technical assessment or test task.

  • Client Interview

  • Final Decision: After all steps, we’ll get back to you with the result and next steps.
