AI Software Engineer

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and enhance AI-powered applications and internal tools
• Leverage modern AI coding tools such as Claude Code to accelerate development
• Design, prototype, and ship new features using AI-assisted workflows
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and incorporate best practices
• Build proof-of-concepts and rapidly iterate on new ideas
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Share knowledge and help improve AI development practices across the team

 Some Must-Haves:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Demonstrated passion for building with AI outside of work (personal projects, experiments, open source, etc.)
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar
• Strong understanding of modern software development practices
• Comfortable rapidly prototyping and iterating on ideas ("vibe coding")
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

Other Information

The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST, depending on workload, with the occasional late night when a tight deadline calls for it. We work for security-conscious clients, thus background checks will be required.
