The AI Product Manager will own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features to maximize value and clinical impact. They will lead agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional delivery across engineering, design, and clinical operations teams.

$59.00 - $88.50Major Responsibilities:
Owns and manages the product backlog with ruthless prioritization to maximize value delivery
Leads sprint planning ceremonies and agile rituals to ensure timely execution and team alignment
Translates strategic vision into actionable user stories, epics, and technical requirements with clear acceptance criteria
Partners directly with engineering teams to define architecture-aligned solutions and remove blockers
Defines and tracks key performance indicators to measure feature adoption, user engagement, and clinical impact
Coordinates cross-functional delivery with design, engineering, clinical operations, and compliance teams
Ships features iteratively with focus on continuous delivery and rapid feedback loops
Manages product launches and go-to-market coordination across implementation, support, and sales teams
Maintains consistently shippable backlog through structured prioritization using value, risk, effort, and clinical impact criteria
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:
None Required.
Education Required:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent knowledge in IT or related field
Experience Required:
5 years of software engineering or product management experience in healthcare technology, digital health, or related fields
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Demonstrated track record in designing, building, and iterating on end-to-end features and capabilities.
Comfortable operating in a heavily matrixed organization and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
Strong verbal communication and comfort speaking about work alongside senior stakeholders and executives.
Ability to translate team vision into actionable product roadmaps that drive real-world results.
Commitment to innovation, equity, and patient-centered care.

Must have ability to perform related travel and therefore may be exposed to road and weather hazards.
