Role Overview
This is a high-impact commercial role at the heart of Oviva's patient growth strategy. As AI Marketing Lead, you own the end-to-end process of identifying, launching, and optimising funnels for new patient segments - from the initial digital ad to the tailored landing page and onboarding survey. You will fundamentally rethink how we do this, building a state-of-the-art, AI-enabled process.
You will directly contribute to Oviva's commercial success and be involved in decisions that drive our marketing performance. A curiosity for AI, willingness to experiment, and end-to-end ownership will be instrumental in enabling both strategic clarity and day-to-day execution in this role.


Essential:
  • Ownership: Proven experience leading a project or initiative end-to-end, from the initial idea to final delivery, and being accountable for the outcome.
  • Curiosity about AI: Active use of tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Midjourney for personal, academic, or professional tasks - going beyond basic use to build workflows, draft documents, or accelerate research.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Experience breaking down a complex or unstructured problem into clear parts, and identifying creative, realistic solutions to fix it.
  • Experimental Mindset: Willingness to dive into unfamiliar territory and independently figure out how new tools or concepts work through proactive trial and error.
  • Clear Communication: Experience presenting ideas to groups, writing clear instructions, or coaching peers, showing you can explain complex concepts in simple terms.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German

Desirable:
  • Marketing Exposure: A degree or experience in marketing
  • Basic Automation Experience: Any hands-on exposure to writing multi-step prompts, setting up custom GPTs, or using basic workflow tools
  • Technical Familiarity: A basic understanding of data or tech logic (e.g., how databases connect, or a general awareness of what an API does)
  • Own the end-to-end launch of new patient funnels - from segment identification and creative production to landing page deployment and lead generation - achieving targets for volume and cost-efficiency.
  • Evaluate, implement, and continuously optimise AI tooling across the full funnel process, building automated workflows that remove manual steps and reduce time-to-launch.
  • Collaborate with engineering to translate marketing requirements into technical solutions, including custom integrations and automated pipelines.
  • Analyse campaign performance, derive actionable insights, and directly contribute to the marketing performance decisions made alongside the VP of Marketing and the growth team.
  • Document validated workflows into a repeatable playbook and onboard relevant team members on new tools and processes.
