Overview :

The AI Market Leader is responsible for defining, building, and scaling the organization’s AI-led market strategy. This role bridges business, technology, and go-to-market execution, ensuring AI solutions drive measurable business impact, market differentiation, and revenue growth. The leader will identify market opportunities, shape AI offerings, influence stakeholders, and establish the organization as a thought leader in AI-driven solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Market Leadership

  • Define and execute the AI market strategy aligned with business objectives and industry trends
  • Identify high-impact AI use cases, vertical opportunities, and monetization models
  • Own the AI value proposition, positioning, and competitive differentiation
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging AI technologies

Go-To-Market & Growth

  • Lead AI go-to-market (GTM) strategy including pricing, packaging, and commercialization
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to drive pipeline, revenue, and client adoption
  • Support key deals through solution shaping, client workshops, and executive-level discussions
  • Develop partnerships with technology vendors, startups, and ecosystem players

Product & Solution Development

  • Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to translate market needs into scalable AI solutions
  • Ensure AI products are ethical, secure, explainable, and compliant with regulations
  • Prioritize features based on customer feedback, ROI, and market demand

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy, transformation, and adoption
  • Present AI vision and outcomes to senior leadership, clients, and industry forums
  • Drive internal alignment across business, technology, legal, and compliance teams

Thought Leadership & Capability Building

  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and forums
  • Publish whitepapers, case studies, and insights on AI trends and impact
  • Build and mentor high-performing AI market and solution teams

 



Requirements

Key Skills & Competencies

Technical & Business Expertise

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML, GenAI, NLP, Computer Vision, Data Platforms, and Cloud AI
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value
  • Experience in enterprise AI adoption and scaling

Leadership & Communication

  • Proven leadership in cross-functional and matrix organizations
  • Excellent storytelling, executive communication, and presentation skills
  • Strong client-facing and influencing abilities

Strategic & Analytical Thinking

  • Market analysis, business case development, and ROI modeling
  • Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-evolving AI landscapes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or related field
  • 15+ years of experience in AI, analytics, digital transformation, or technology consulting
  • Proven track record of building and scaling AI-led offerings or practices

  • AI-driven revenue growth and pipeline contribution
  • Market share and differentiation of AI offerings
  • Client adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes
  • Thought leadership presence and brand recognition in AI
