AI-Focused Fullstack Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain AI-driven applications using modern tools and technologies
  
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications and documentation
  
• Build and iterate on prototypes and MVPs to support new product ideas
  
• Work across the full stack, including backend, database and frontend development
  
• Integrate new features and support testing and release processes
  
• Create tailored software solutions for hospitality and management operations
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  
• Experience or strong interest in working with AI coding tools (e.g. Claude, GitHub Copilot, Cursor)
  
• Proficiency in modern technologies such as React, Node.js, Python and database management
  
• Ability to translate business needs into structured technical requirements and documentation
  
• Hands-on, proactive mindset with a focus on fast iteration and practical solutions
  
• Fluent English (German is a plus)
