AI-first Graphic Designer

Pentler, a Tarkle product, is an AI-powered design subscription for modern teams. Tarkle was founded in 2021 and helps agencies and small businesses sell services, share files, and manage global contractors. With Pentler, Tarkle is building a new kind of design subscription that combines AI and human creativity to help businesses get high-quality creative work faster, with more consistency.

Pentler is looking for an AI-first Graphic Designer to join our team and help create high-quality work across a wide range of client projects. This role is for someone who moves quickly, thinks clearly, and knows how to use AI to make the creative process faster and better without lowering the quality of the work.

You’ll work with brand, marketing, digital, and presentation projects in a remote, flexible environment. We care about speed, taste, and consistency, and we want someone who can deliver strong work without a lot of hand-holding.

Tasks

• Use AI tools to support ideation, concept development, and production.
• Design brand identities, logos, and visual identity systems.
• Create marketing assets including social media graphics, ads, brochures, flyers, and campaign materials.
• Develop print and digital designs across multiple formats and platforms.
• Create presentation decks, pitch materials, and corporate communications.
• Work on multiple projects at the same time while keeping quality high and deadlines on track.
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to understand briefs and deliver strong design solutions.
• Refine ideas into polished, production-ready deliverables.
• Adapt existing designs into new sizes, formats, and channels.
• Keep brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Review feedback and make revisions quickly and professionally.
• Stay current with design trends, typography, layout, and visual communication best practices.
• Communicate progress clearly and keep projects moving.

Requirements

• 4+ years of graphic design experience.
• AI skills are required. You must know how to use AI creative tools as part of your normal design process.
• Strong portfolio showing brand identity, marketing, and digital design work.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage several projects at once.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience working with clients, agencies, or white-label projects preferred.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, flexible environment.
• Available to collaborate within EST working hours.
