Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered search systems and machine learning models
Build and optimize search algorithms, ranking models, and relevance pipelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing products
Research and implement state-of-the-art NLP and deep learning techniques
Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve model performance and search quality
Develop and maintain data pipelines to support model training and search indexing
Contribute to technical documentation, code reviews, and engineering best practices
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
Proven experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
Hands-on experience with search platforms such as Elasticsearch, Solr, or OpenSearch
Strong proficiency in Python and/or other relevant programming languages
Familiarity with NLP techniques, vector search, and semantic search technologies
Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed computing environments
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
