Your Next Challenge
Join our client’s team as an AI Engineer and help build the next generation of enterprise AI solutions. You'll design, develop, and operate production-grade AI and Generative AI applications, transforming business requirements into scalable systems powered by Large Language Models, AI Agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on delivering real business value through enterprise AI.
What You’ll Work On
- Designing and implementing AI-powered solutions that automate business processes and improve operational efficiency.
- Building production-ready Generative AI applications, including LLM-powered features, AI Agents, copilots, and orchestration layers.
- Developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and intelligent AI workflows.
- Building and integrating AI agents and multi-agent systems using modern orchestration frameworks.
- Developing APIs and microservices to expose AI capabilities across enterprise applications.
- Integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms such as CRM, ERP, ITSM, Data Warehouses, Identity platforms, and observability tools.
- Deploying and operating AI workloads on Microsoft Azure, leveraging Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and related services.
- Extending and integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot and developing custom copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Implementing AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices, including prompt injection protection, data classification, audit logging, and RBAC.
- Contributing to Proof of Concepts, pilots, and the industrialization of AI solutions into production environments.
- Monitoring AI systems, implementing MLOps practices, and ensuring scalability, reliability, and continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional Software Engineering experience, including at least 1–2 years delivering AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
- Proven experience building enterprise AI applications used by real users.
- Strong expertise in: Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Prompt Engineering. AI Agents and Multi-Agent Systems, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Orchestration Frameworks
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI services, including: Azure OpenAI Service, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search
- Experience extending or integrating Microsoft 365 Copilot and building solutions with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Strong Python development skills, including testing, packaging, typing, and asynchronous programming.
- Experience designing REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
- Good understanding of MLOps concepts, including experiment tracking, model and prompt versioning, automated evaluation, and production monitoring.
- Experience working with multiple LLM providers and adapting solutions across different AI platforms.
- Knowledge of enterprise security, compliance, governance, and AI best practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
- Pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with ServiceNow Now Assist or other AI-powered ITSM platforms.
- Experience developing enterprise copilots and intelligent automation solutions.
