AI Summary

Design and deliver AI fluency programs, including workshops and labs, to non-technical enterprise audiences across MEA and APAC. Build assessment frameworks to measure adoption and work closely with engineering teams to ensure educational content aligns with deployed AI solutions.

This is a remote position.

AI Enablement Consultant (AI Educator)

Aidapt is the operator's AI firm for MEA and APAC. We build the AI our clients' businesses actually run on: the operating models, the data foundations, and the fluency in their people. Our clients make, move, and sell real things. Their buyer is an operator, not a CTO, and that changes everything about how AI has to be taught.

This role owns the teaching. You will stand in front of finance controllers, plant managers, supply chain leads, branch teams, and executive committees, and leave them genuinely able to use AI in the work they did yesterday. Not inspired. Able.

We are hiring for depth in two places specifically: Claude Code and Claude Cowork. These are the tools we put into clients' hands, and we need someone who uses them daily, has built real things with them, and can take a non technical operator from zero to shipping their own agent or workflow. Alongside that we need broad, current AI literacy: what the models can and cannot do, where agentic patterns pay off, and how to talk about governance and data handling without frightening a room or overpromising.

What you will do

  • Design and run Aidapt's AI fluency programmes: role specific curricula, hands on labs, workshops, and floor level coaching for client teams across MEA and APAC.
  • Teach Claude Code and Claude Cowork to non technical audiences, and teach it well enough that people keep using it after you leave the room.
  • Build the assessment layer. Adoption is a number, not a feeling. You will set usage baselines, define what competence looks like per role, and run the gates that tell a client their team can now carry the work themselves.
  • Run train the trainer. Every engagement should end with client side champions who can teach the next cohort without us.
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with our AI Engineering and Data and Insights teams so what we teach matches what we actually shipped for that client.
  • Deliver open market education: public workshops, executive briefings, and partner sessions. Enablement is the front door to the firm, and you are the person in the room.
  • Turn every session into reusable IP. Curricula, labs, and playbooks belong in the firm, not in your head.

Who you work with

You report to the Managing Partner and work alongside our AI Operations and Intelligence leads. You will be the first dedicated Enablement hire, which means you inherit a live capability and a client base, and you get to build the programme layer properly rather than inherit someone else's slides.

First 90 days, roughly

  • Weeks 1 to 3: learn our delivery stack and methodology, sit in on live engagements, get fluent in what we have already built for clients.
  • Weeks 4 to 8: rebuild one existing enablement programme end to end, then deliver it to a real client cohort and measure the outcome.
  • Weeks 9 to 12: publish the curriculum architecture for all three of our capabilities and run your first open market session.

Requirements

Non negotiable

  • Exceptional spoken English. This role lives in front of rooms and on calls with senior operators. Clear, warm, unhurried, no filler. If English presence is not a strength, this is not the role.
  • 4 or more years teaching adults in an enterprise setting. Corporate L and D, technical enablement, customer education, solutions education, or pre sales education. Academic teaching counts only with real enterprise delivery alongside it.
  • Hands on daily use of Claude, with genuine depth in Claude Code and Claude Cowork. You have built agents, skills, and automations yourself. You can debug in front of a class without panicking. Expect to demonstrate this live.
  • Broad, current AI fluency. The model landscape, agentic patterns, retrieval, evaluation, and the basics of governance and data handling. Enough to answer a CFO's real question in business language, and enough to hold your own with our engineers.
  • Curriculum craft. You can build a programme from a diagnosis: audience, objectives, sequence, labs, assessment. Delivering someone else's deck is not the job.
  • Operator empathy. Comfortable on a factory floor, in a warehouse, or in a bank branch, not only in a boardroom. Our clients can tell the difference within five minutes.
  • Willingness to travel across the GCC and, occasionally, APAC.

Strong advantages

  • Arabic. Conversational is useful, business fluent is a significant advantage for GCC delivery.
  • Experience enabling adoption of a platform inside a large organisation, with numbers you can point to.
  • Exposure to the industries we serve: manufacturing, distribution, retail, FMCG, financial services.
  • Comfort building your own tooling, for example Claude skills, MCP connections, or lightweight internal apps.
  • Experience running certification or competence frameworks.

Not required

A software engineering background. We care that you can build with AI tools and explain them, not that you can ship production code.

Benefits

Placeholder. Confirm before publishing, and keep it factual: no benefit goes in this field unless it is actually in place.

  • Direct work with the Managing Partner on client facing engagements from week one
  • Ownership of a firm capability rather than a slot in someone else's programme
  • A firm that is AI first internally, not just in what it sells
  • Exposure across MEA and APAC enterprise clients
  • Budget and time for your own certification and tooling depth
  • Compensation: to be set by Hitesh
