AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer

We’re now looking for an AI-Driven Full-Stack Developer to join us on this journey. If you enjoy hands-on development, experimenting with new tools and methods, and working at the edge of what’s possible with AI in software engineering, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud-native web applications end to end - React or Angular front ends through APIs, services, and integrations - ranging from fast-paced AI prototypes to heavy-duty, long-term production platforms
• Apply AI-driven development practices (e.g. Spec-Driven Development, Agentic Swarm Coding) in real client projects
• Work hands-on with modern AI coding tools (e.g. Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, and emerging agentic tooling)
• Contribute to how we redefine software development ways of working - not just follow existing ones
• Collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams, from design to production

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack engineering background (React or Angular on the front end; Java or .NET on the back end preferred)
• Solid experience building responsive web front ends and the cloud-native APIs, services, and integrations behind them (REST and GraphQL)
• Practical understanding of how AI can improve software development workflows (you’ve implemented or experimented, not just read about it)
• Curiosity and willingness to adopt new development paradigms
• Strong communication skills in English
