What You’ll Do 

• AI Strategy & Implementation: Identify, evaluate, and implement artificial intelligence solutions that improve operational efficiency, communication, reporting, patient experience, recruiting, and administrative workflows.
• Workflow Automation: Design, build, and maintain automated workflows that reduce manual tasks, eliminate redundancies, and improve productivity across departments.
• Process Optimization: Analyze existing business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements that increase efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
• Systems Integration: Develop and manage integrations between software platforms including HR systems, EMRs, scheduling platforms, communication tools, marketing systems, and operational applications.
• AI Tool Development: Build and maintain AI-powered tools, prompts, templates, assistants, and automation solutions that support clinical, operational, recruiting, and business development functions.
• Reporting & Analytics: Create dashboards, automated reports, and business intelligence solutions that provide actionable insights for leadership and operational teams.
• Documentation & SOP Development: Develop documentation, workflow maps, automation guides, and standard operating procedures related to technology and automation initiatives.
• Technology Research & Innovation: Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies, automation platforms, and digital tools that could benefit Health Haven and Health Synergy Clinical Research.
• Training & Adoption: Train employees on new technology solutions, create user guides, and support successful implementation and adoption across departments.
• Data Quality & Process Auditing: Monitor automated workflows and system integrations to ensure data integrity, compliance, and operational accuracy.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with leadership, clinical teams, operations, recruiting, marketing, and administrative staff to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions.
• Project Management: Lead automation and technology projects from concept through implementation while ensuring timelines, objectives, and organizational goals are achieved.
• Other Duties as Assigned: Perform additional technology, automation, and process improvement responsibilities as needed to support organizational growth and innovation.

What You’ll Bring 

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in automation, business systems, AI implementation, process improvement, or related technology roles
• Strong understanding of artificial intelligence platforms, automation tools, and workflow design
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, Microsoft Power Automate, or similar technologies
• Experience integrating software systems through APIs and workflow automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience creating dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical business solutions
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with healthcare, behavioral health, clinical research, or highly regulated industries preferred
• Experience supporting operational efficiency initiatives and process improvement projects preferred
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines
