AI Automation Engineer — 100% Remote (Kosovo)

We are Guhr Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH, a tax advisory firm based in Berlin, Germany. We're embracing AI and automation to modernize how a modern tax practice operates — and we're looking for someone who can build, not just advise.

The Role

You'll work 100% remotely from Kosovo for our German firm, taking full ownership of automation and AI projects. We don't want someone who waits for instructions and asks developers what to do next — we want a builder. Someone who takes action, ships solutions, and owns the outcome.

We're looking for A-players only — not introverted developers who only speak and understand technical jargon. We want someone who understands the actual business need and the use case, and then implements the best strategy to solve it.

What You'll Do

• Automate internal processes end-to-end

• Build small applications and internal tools

• Take vibe-coded prototypes and turn them into robust, production-ready solutions

• Optimize and refine existing automations

• Handle IT security and bug fixing

• Identify problems and solve them independently
