Your mission

With a team of product and IT experts, you will be enabling the development of beyonnex' Enterprise-IoT-Suite (bxSUITE) and services to ensure a stable and scalable technological foundation for the strategic development of the group of companies. You will drive a culture that keeps us focused on our customers' benefit through continuous improvement.

We’re looking for two Agile Coaches (m/f/d) to join our coaches team at beyonnex.io. In this position, you’ll take on two key roles:

In an Agile Coach (m/f/d) role you will work at organisation level: 

• You support our product and tech organisation in delivering the bxSUITE, our company-wide Team Health Check and our cultural-fit interviews. 

• You use Kanban metrics and forecasts to help Solutions and Domains become stable and predictable.

• You will work together with the other coaches to identify and resolve systemic issues and impediments and to ensure overall flow of work across the bxSUITE. 

• You will take part in the peer mentoring within our coaches team.

In a Team Coach role you work with our development teams where it has the most effect: 

• Deep dives on flow, lead time and team health, team setups and reorganisations, retrospectives. 

• You foster an environment for effective work, mediate conflicts within and between teams and strengthen the team's ownership of its way of working.

What we need from you

• You have two to three years of experience as Agile Coach or Scrum Master, and you enjoy working both hands-on with teams and across teams at product level.

• You have practical experience with the Kanban method and its metrics, and you are experienced in additional agile frameworks and in team development.

• You can explain flow data and forecasts to Product Owners, Product Leads and Solution Owners in a way that creates trust.

• Your heart beats agile: you exemplify the agile mindset and thereby inspire your colleagues.

• You move forward courageously, don't shy away from new approaches and experiments, and you encourage the people you work with to act in the same way.

• You enjoy supporting the growth of less experienced coaches.

• You have strong communication skills in German and English (C1), and enjoy networking.

• You live in the northern half of Germany and are open to travelling to our head office in Hamburg from time to time.
