Aftermarket Quoting Specialist

Reports to: Aftermarket Manager 

Location: Hudson, WI, New Albany, MS, or remote for correct candidate

Employment Type: Full Time – (Non-Exempt) 

Summary:

The Aftermarket Quoting Specialist is responsible for preparing, processing, and following up on aftermarket quotes for walk-in refrigeration products, including refrigeration systems, doors, floors, panels, and related retrofit and replacement assemblies. This position gathers customer requirements, verifies specifications, applies established pricing, and produces accurate, timely quotes that support the aftermarket sales process.

Working under the direction of the Aftermarket Manager, and alongside the Project Analyst – Aftermarket, this role owns straightforward quotes independently and supports more complex refurbishment and system quotes as skills develop. The position emphasizes quote accuracy, fast turnaround, and consistent follow-up that support customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and RSG's strategic business objectives.

Minimum Requirements: 

Preferred

• Associate's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience, preferred. Will consider a combination of education and professional experience in substation for educational requirements 
• Basic knowledge of refrigeration systems, commercial kitchen equipment, or similar configure to order or engineer to order manufactured products

Required

• High School Diploma or GED. 
• One to two years of quoting, customer service, sales support, technical support, or related experience preferred.
