Affiliate Marketing & UGC Content Specialist

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Virtual Assistant with experience in affiliate marketing, social media management, TikTok Shop, and UGC content creation. The VA will help implement the systems from the client’s Possessions to Online Profits course, manage affiliate activities, and create short-form, faceless product content.

The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, resourceful, and comfortable learning new platforms independently. Experience with Amazon Influencer/Affiliate, TikTok Shop, UGC, and social media content is highly preferred.

Scope of Work:

Affiliate Marketing & E-Commerce

• Complete and review the Possessions to Online Profits course and translate the training into actionable steps.
  
• Assist with setting up, troubleshooting, and operationalizing the client’s Amazon Influencer/Affiliate activities.
  
• Help troubleshoot account/application issues, including reviewing relevant course modules when an application is denied.
  
• Research and implement affiliate marketing opportunities using products the client already owns.
  
• Assist with TikTok Shop setup and ongoing affiliate activities.
  
• Create and organize affiliate links and ensure they are properly incorporated into content.
  
• Explore additional monetization opportunities through platforms such as Pinterest.
  

Social Media & Content Management

• Manage and schedule affiliate-related content across TikTok, Instagram, and potentially Facebook.
  
• Leverage Meta tools to cross-post Instagram content to Facebook where appropriate.
  
• Assist with content planning and organization.
  
• Upload and publish product-focused content consistently.
  
• Ensure captions, links, hashtags, product tags, and other relevant elements are properly configured.
  

UGC & Video Content

• Create short-form faceless UGC/product review videos, generally around 30 seconds to 1 minute.
  
• Produce content using product footage, photos, music, voiceovers, or other appropriate formats.
  
• Create authentic, product-focused content designed to build credibility and encourage purchases.
  
• Perform basic audio/video editing as needed.
  
• Repurpose existing content across multiple platforms.
  

Platform & System Implementation

• Review the client’s existing online courses and training materials.
  
• Follow course instructions and implement the recommended systems.
  
• Help organize the client’s existing accounts, logins, links, and digital assets.
  
• Work with existing accounts on Canva, Stan, Skool, TikTok, Amazon, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  
• Recommend improvements to workflows and systems when appropriate.
  

Qualifications:

Required

• Previous experience with social media management and content posting.
  
• Familiarity with TikTok Shop and affiliate marketing.
  
• Experience creating UGC or short-form video content.
  
• Ability to create faceless content using product footage, images, music, and/or voiceovers.
  
• Proficiency with Canva.
  
• Basic video and audio editing skills.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step-by-step training.
  
• Comfortable learning new platforms, tools, and online business systems independently.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Proactive, resourceful, and willing to troubleshoot issues rather than waiting for instructions.
  
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  

Preferred

• Hands-on experience with the Amazon Influencer Program/Amazon affiliate content.
  
• Experience with TikTok Shop affiliate marketing.
  
• Experience with Instagram and Meta Business tools.
  
• Experience with Pinterest marketing or monetization.
  
• Familiarity with Stan and Skool.
  
• Previous experience implementing online courses or digital marketing systems for a client.
  
• Portfolio or examples of UGC, product review, or faceless content.

Working Hours & Shift:

• Starting with a minimum of 10 hours per week; flexible shift
  
• The client is based in the U.S. Central Time Zone
  
• Target Start Date
  
• As soon as the right candidate is identified and the selection/interview process is completed.
  
• This is not an urgent hire. The client prefers to take the time necessary to identify a candidate with strong, relevant experience and the right skill set.
