DFO Performance is hiring an experienced Affiliate Manager to grow and manage affiliate partnerships for high-volume home services lead generation campaigns.

 
You own affiliates, traffic quality, lead flow, compliance, revenue, and results.

CPL. EPC. CVR. ROI. Lead quality. Margin. Compliance.

 
THE SEAT
You recruit affiliates who can produce qualified volume.
You manage campaigns that need to perform every day.
You spot bad traffic before it becomes buyer complaints, chargebacks, compliance risk, or wasted spend.
You scale winners fast.
You cut weak partners faster.
This role is not relationship management alone.
It is revenue, judgment, pressure, compliance, and execution.

 
WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Recruit, onboard, and scale affiliates, publishers, media buyers, and traffic partners.

- Manage home services campaigns across HVAC, roofing, plumbing, solar, windows, pest control, remodeling, and related verticals. 

- Track CPL, EPC, CVR, ROI, caps, payouts, lead quality, buyer feedback, and margin daily. 

- Review traffic sources, creatives, landing pages, forms, call flows, and promotional methods.

- Detect fraud, fake leads, duplicate leads, bot traffic, low-intent traffic, misleading ads, and compliance issues. - Enforce TCPA-sensitive lead generation standards.

- Negotiate payouts, caps, restrictions, and campaign terms.

- Scale profitable partners. - Pause or remove bad traffic immediately.

- Own outcomes without hand-holding.


WHO SHOULD APPLY
You should have:

- 2+ years in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, or lead generation. 

- Experience managing affiliates, publishers, media buyers, or live campaigns.

- Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, EPC, CVR, ROI, caps, payouts, and margins.

- Ability to read reports and make fast decisions.

- Strong communication skills. 

- High accountability.

- Home services lead generation experience is strongly preferred. 


PLATFORM EXPERIENCE HELPS
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
Everflow, Offer18, HasOffers, TUNE, Cake, Impact, Lead Prosper, LeadConduit, Ringba, Retreaver, TrustedForm, Jornaya, or similar platforms.

LOCATION

Remote position with access to the DFO Performance office in New Jersey.

Must be available during U.S. business hours. 


COMPENSATION

Competitive compensation based on experience.

Performance upside available for candidates who can grow revenue while protecting lead quality and compliance.
