The engineer will develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies to improve equipment uptime and operational performance across manufacturing sites. They will also lead root cause failure analyses and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize asset lifecycle costs and equipment availability.
The Advanced Reliability & Maintenance Engineer is responsible for improving equipment reliability, availability, maintainability, and overall asset performance across manufacturing operations. This role partners with Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Quality, and EHS teams to develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies, reduce unplanned downtime, optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
The Reliability & Maintenance Engineer utilizes data analysis, root cause failure analysis, asset management principles, and engineering best practices to maximize equipment performance, extend asset life, and support safe, efficient, and compliant manufacturing operations.
This is a remote-based role with up to 75% travel.

Pay range for this opportunity is $107,525.00 - $139,150.00. This position is eligible for bonus participation.
Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.
