About the Role

As an OutSystems Developer, you will contribute to the design and development of enterprise applications, ranging from prototyping and coding to testing and implementation, leveraging AI. This role will utilize your knowledge of OutSystems, other programming languages, and databases. You will collaborate with the team to support various stages of the software development lifecycle.

What You Will Do

• Design and build scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications using OutSystems 11
• Lead technical design, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers
• Partner with internal and external teams during the development of applications on OutSystems
• Optimize application performance and ensure UI/UX best practices
• Manage application lifecycles using LifeTime
• Enable AI capabilities in applications using OutSystems Mentor and other AI tools
• Work in Agile/Scrum teams with analysts, architects, and DevOps to deliver project milestones
• In this role, you will report to the Manager - Digital.

What You Need to Be Successful

• 6+ years of hands-on experience building applications using OutSystems and full-stack development
• Strong hands-on experience with Service Studio, Integration Studio, SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, and CSS/JavaScript
• Good understanding of application architecture, modularity, and technical design
• Thorough understanding of building web applications on the OutSystems platform using O11 and ODC, with the ability to write custom logic to achieve overall functionality
• Experience with Scrum, Agile, and DevOps practices

Bonus Points if You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent
• Prefers active OutSystems certifications
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
