About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Integrations platform engineer to help drive the design, development, and governance of our enterprise integration strategy and Boomi Platform. The ideal candidate will provide strong technical leadership and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, secure, and scalable integrations across cloud and on‑premise systems, including ERP, CRM, and SaaS platforms.  Preferred candidates will have experience managing and creating integrations in the Boomi Enterprise integration platform.

What You Will Do

• Lead integration platform architecture, establishing best practices, reusable patterns, and strong governance frameworks.
• Design and build complex Boomi integration processes
• Mentor and guide development teams, conduct design and code reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration roadmaps.
• Optimize integration performance and implement robust error handling, logging, and security measures.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, including at least 2+ years of hands‑on experience with the Boomi enterprise integration platform
• Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency with Boomi including Integration and API Management
• Platform Skills: Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, Groovy/JavaScript, and SQL
• Connectors: Extensive experience working with standard connectors such as Salesforce, SAP, Workday, and databases

Bonus Points If You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive technical decisions.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. 
• This role is crucial for ensuring the stability and scalability of our digital transformation journey. 
• Experience with Agile methodologies. 

What Makes You Eligible

• This position requires up to 10% of travel. 
• Be willing to work in Bangalore, INDIA.
