About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Administrative & Marketing Assistant to support our growing recruiting team. This position combines administrative support, marketing coordination, and candidate engagement activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
This is a full-time position with remote work opportunities available.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide daily administrative support to management and recruiting staff.
- Maintain and organize digital files, candidate records, and company databases.
- Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and other business documents.
- Assist with data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Respond to emails, inquiries, and general office communications.
Marketing Support
- Assist in creating and scheduling content across social media platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns aimed at attracting candidates and clients.
- Create basic graphics, presentations, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva.
- Monitor social media engagement and assist with content planning.
- Help maintain company branding across digital platforms.
- Track marketing activities and prepare performance reports.
Recruitment Support
- Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist with candidate sourcing and resume screening.
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, office support, marketing, or recruiting experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, Gemini, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a remote work environment.
