Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA is seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Human Resources leader to serve as our Director of Total Rewards.
Reporting directly to the Vice President of People, this enterprise leadership role provides strategic oversight of Benefits Management and Total Rewards, ensuring our comprehensive benefits programs support the health, well-being, and success of nearly 1,000 employees. In addition to leading Benefits, this position oversees Performance Management, workforce analytics, employee recognition, leave administration, compensation initiatives, and related Total Rewards programs for Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA and Good Vocations.

You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, operational leaders, external partners, and the Human Resources team to strengthen organizational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience across Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA and Good Vocations.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred.
Seven (7)+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, compensation, and Performance Management.
Five (5)+ years leading Benefits Management.
Experience supporting a self-funded health plan preferred.
Experience utilizing Paycom or a comparable Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CBP, or similar professional certification preferred.
Experience supporting multi-site or multi-division organizations.
QualificationsBachelor's degree in Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Communication Studies, Human Relations, Organizational Communication, Public Relations, Psychology, Sociology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution. (Master's degree preferred if required by your accreditor.)

Expertise in Canvas LMS, including course setup, content organization, assessments, analytics, grading, and optimization for student engagement and success.
Proficiency in a wide range of instructional technologies for distance learning, including video conferencing, screencasting, collaborative learning platforms, AI-enhanced instructional tools, and other digital technologies that support engaging online and hybrid instruction.
