We are currently hiring adjunct faculty to teach ASCI 645- Airport Operations and Management.
Course Description
Management and operation of public use airports is assessed through the airport and airport systems, airport operations management and airport administrative management. The course is enhanced through the review of specific airport topic areas: airport organization, the airfield, airspace, air traffic control, airport certification management, terminal and ground access, financial management, economic/political/social roles, airport planning, capacity, and the future of airport management.
Desired Professional Training or Experience
Specific industry, military or university training, or experience in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Management, Science, Administration, or Transportation.
Applicable Professional Certification
Accredited Airport Executive (AAE) {American Association of Airport Executives} or Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) {The International Society of Logistics}
Please note that ERAU policy requires that all adjuncts be physically located within the United States while working for the University, including during training. Presently, we are able to support work for new adjuncts from all U.S. states except California. ERAU does not support work from international locations with some limited exceptions for individuals who are residing and working from U.S. military bases.
If selected for this role, the candidate will be required to provide proof of stated qualifications. This includes, but is not limited to, official transcripts, copies of professional licenses/certifications, documentation of military experience, and/or verified professional industry related experience.

Doctorate with a dissertation in teaching discipline, or a Doctorate degree with a dissertation within concentration that is in teaching discipline (minimum of 18 graduate semester hours in the teaching discipline).
