Compensation for this position is $1,500.00 per load hour. 

Position Overview:

This is a part-time teaching position adjunct faculty position with additional responsibilities related to the academic program for the Spring semester of 2027. It reports through the department chair to the Dean of the College of Pharmacy. 

Essential Job Functions

• Teach in the Integrated Pharmacotherapy Sequence to second- and/or third-year pharmacy students 
  • Content delivery will be both synchronous on campus and asynchronous distance delivery
• Follow the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE) Standards.
• Serve as the course coordinator for the Patient Safety course
• Ensure all materials are posted 2 weeks in advance of delivery
• Maintain regular interactions with enrolled students
• Meeting assigned classes at the scheduled locations and for the scheduled durations
• Directing and attending non-class activities, as appropriate
• Assessing student learning
• Working in a professional, collegial and team-oriented manner with the University community
• Maintaining compliance with policies and procedures in the Faculty Manual 
• Maintaining office hours, as appropriate
