Accountant

This is a remote position.

Requirements

• - 3–5 years of relevant professional accounting experience.
  
• - ICAN, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
  
• - Strong knowledge of Nigerian accounting standards, taxation, and statutory compliance requirements.
  
• - Practical knowledge of PAYE, VAT, WHT, CIT, and related statutory obligations.
  
• - Proficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms.
  
• - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  
• - Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, account reconciliation, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  
• - Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and numerical competence.
  
• - Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• - High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information.
  
• - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• - Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
