RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own a portfolio of 30+ active DSP and SSP partners: maintain daily communication, monitor account health, and proactively respond to performance changes
  • Analyze key platform metrics (fill rate, win rate, RPM, eCPM, revenue) and independently initiate optimizations to drive account growth
  • Manage the full onboarding cycle for new partners: technical setup, endpoint configuration, initial performance validation, and ramp-up support
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within the existing partner portfolio and collaborate with the BD team to act on them
  • Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues; triage, reproduce, and escalate to the technical team with clear documentation
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc performance reports; translate data into actionable insights for both internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Monitor platform profitability across assigned accounts and flag anomalies or risks in a timely manner
  • Maintain strong, trust-based relationships with partners across multiple communication channels (email, Slack, calls)
  • Stay current with programmatic ecosystem trends, OpenRTB spec updates, and privacy regulation changes relevant to partner operations



REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management or Customer Success in an AdTech company
  • Solid understanding of the programmatic ecosystem: how DSPs, SSPs, and AdExchanges interact, what drives performance on both sides
  • Practical knowledge of OpenRTB protocol: bid request/response structure, auction mechanics, key objects (device, app, site, imp)
  • Ability to independently read and interpret platform data: identify drops, spikes, and root causes without hand-holding
  • Experience working directly with both DSP and SSP partners
  • Upper-Intermediate English or above written and spoken; most partner communication is in English
  • Comfort withExcel/Google Sheets for data analysis
  • Structured, detail-oriented approach to managing a large partner portfolio simultaneously
  • Strong orientation towards result



NICE TO HAVE

  • Hands-on experience with ad server admin panels (e.g. Springserve, Magnite, Xandr) or in-house SSP/DSP platforms
  • Familiarity with privacy frameworks: GDPR/TCF, GPP, COPPA, LMT/DNT signals in the bidstream
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
  • Knowledge of video, CTV, or mobile programmatic formats
  • Experience working with traffic / creative quality vendors (Pixalate, Human, DV, TMT, etc.)
