The Account Manager will own and manage client relationships, ensuring campaigns and deliverables remain on track and aligned with client goals. They will lead client meetings, monitor campaign performance, and educate clients on digital marketing fundamentals.

Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager with experience in digital marketing agencies to own and manage client relationships end-to-end. This role requires strong strategic thinking, performance analysis skills, and the ability to communicate digital marketing insights clearly and confidently.
The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and act as the bridge between clients and internal performance teams (SEO & PPC).
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Lead client meetings, performance reviews, status updates, and reporting calls
- Ensure campaigns and deliverables remain on track, in scope, and aligned with client goals
- Monitor campaign performance, identify insights, and collaborate with specialists to refine strategy
- Educate clients on SEO, PPC, and digital marketing fundamentals to build trust and transparency
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, and growth opportunities before they arise
- Maintain a minimum 95% client retention rate and NPS score of 8+
- Communicate proactively, remain accountable, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
Required Experience & Skills
- 3+ years of overall professional experience
- 2+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or customer-facing roles
- Minimum 1 year of experience working within a digital marketing agency (SEO/PPC experience mandatory)
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Google Ads reporting
- Meta Business Manager reporting
- Ability to independently pull, analyze, and interpret performance reports and KPIs
- Confidence in discussing strategy, campaign performance, and KPIs with clients
- Solid understanding of SEO and Paid Media fundamentals
- Familiarity with Webflow, WordPress, and/or Shopify
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred (Good to Have)
- Experience working with Home Services clients (HVAC, plumbing, remodeling, etc.)
- Experience handling multiple accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced agency setup
