We are looking for an Access Administrator to act as the primary guardian of our system security, ensuring that sensitive data is protected while empowering our team with the exact access they need to succeed. What You Will Do

  • Manage the User Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end management of user accounts, including efficient creation, modification, and deletion to maintain tight security control.
  • Enforce Privilege Standards: Validate and assign appropriate access levels based on specific roles and responsibilities, ensuring adherence to the principle of least privilege.
  • Conduct Security Audits: Lead regular audits of user accounts to proactively identify, track, and eliminate excessive or outdated access rights.
  • Implement Access Policies: Develop and maintain robust access control policies to strengthen the organization's security posture.
  • Monitor System Activity: Continuously track user access activities to detect anomalies and identify potential threats or vulnerabilities.
  • Execute Incident Response: Investigate access control violations, provide prompt resolution, document all incidents, and escalate to cross-functional teams when necessary.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze post-incident data, prepare detailed reports, and propose process enhancements to optimize security workflows.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in access management, account administration, or information security.
  • Core Knowledge: A strong understanding of access management principles and industry-standard security best practices.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with IAM (Identity and Access Management) systems and directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, or similar.
  • Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable information for employees at all organizational levels.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve security incidents efficiently.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Haves):
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
    • Hands-on experience with the Okta access management platform.
    • Familiarity with regulatory standards such as ISO27001, ISO27701, PCI DSS, or GDPR.
    • Experience automating access management tasks via scripting.
    • Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, or similar).
