About the Role

We’re looking for an Academic Operations Executive to join our Academic team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. Reporting to the Senior Academic Operations Manager, you will support NCUK delivery centres across key academic operations activities, including student registrations, systems access, academic queries, assessment services and certification. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is organised, customer-focused and enjoys working collaboratively with international delivery partners to provide an accurate and high-quality service.

Key responsibilities

As an Academic Operations Executive, you will:

  • Coordinate and support delivery centres’ use of NCUK systems and processes relating to student registrations, systems access and certification.
  • Support delivery centres by attending meetings and providing training on systems and processes.
  • Support the maintenance of relationships with delivery partners to ensure students receive a high-quality and accurate service throughout their academic journey with NCUK.
  • Coordinate the printing and despatch of transcripts and certificates to delivery partners, and support verification of NCUK alumni academic documents.
  • Support the production and review of digital training content, centre support documentation and other training materials.
  • Represent the Academic Operations team in regional meetings, raising issues and providing information or data where required.


About you

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • Study to A-Level standard or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a customer-facing environment and providing excellent customer service.
  • Experience of managing records and data accurately.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Strong organisational, communication, planning and deadline-management skills.
  • A collaborative, adaptable and resilient working style, with the ability to communicate appropriately across cultures. Fluency in English is essential; fluency in another language would be desirable.
