Academic Content Developer - AI Engineer / RAG and Agents

We're looking for a content developer for its Master in AI Systems Engineering.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a related technology field.
• 5+ years in production software, 2+ in production AI/ML.
• Hands-on experience building RAG systems (dense, sparse, hybrid retrieval) over real data.
• Experience building retrieval eval frameworks that measure hallucination risk.
• Track record shipping AI agents with observability and human-in-the-loop controls.
• Proficient with Python, LangGraph, ChromaDB, Neo4j, RAGAS, DeepEval, Docker.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
• Professional written English proficiency (test score, education in English, or work experience mainly in English).
