We're seeking an experienced academia coach to work with students and early-career professionals navigating higher education and academic career paths. This role includes helping clients strengthen resumes and cover letters, preparing them for interviews, and guiding them through networking and promotion strategies within academic institutions. Coaches also support curriculum development, classroom management best practices, and higher education administration guidance, while conducting student assessments to tailor advice to each client's goals. Ideal candidates have direct experience in higher education or academic administration, prior coaching or mentoring experience, and a clear, structured approach to helping clients build the skills needed to advance. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every client.
