Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy autonomous AI agents that transform how work is captured, analyzed, and executed across automation programs. This role will focus on building AI-driven systems that can reason, take action, and manage workflows, significantly reducing reliance on traditional Business Analysis and Project Management activities. The successful candidate will lead the development of AI-powered automation design capabilities, including auto-generation of Process Definition Documents (PDDs), workflow orchestration, and intelligent decision-making.

Core Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience building AI agents or autonomous systems
- Strong expertise in Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, similar) and Prompt engineering & LLM orchestration
- Experience in process design, automation, or business analysis
- Familiarity with RPA platforms and workflow automation tools
- Strong analytical and systems-thinking mindset
- Ability to translate unstructured business inputs into structured automation logic

- Can design AI that acts, not just responds
- Challenges manual workflows and replaces them with autonomous solutions, builds scalable capabilities that reduce reliance on manual documentation, human coordination, redundant process steps
