Client Industry: Residential Remodeling
Location: Remote (Philippine-based candidates)
Engagement Type: Independent Contractor, Monday to Friday
ABOUT THE ROLE
This client turns approved plans, measurements, and product selections into interior and exterior renderings that help homeowners say yes with confidence. You'll build 2020 Design and Magicplan plans, elevations, and renderings accurate enough for the internal team and compelling enough for the client, working primarily opposite US hours so finished files are ready when the US team starts its day.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
- Translate approved briefs accurately - build 2020 Design and Magicplan plans, elevations, perspectives, and renderings that match the supplied measurements, openings, layout, and requested views
- Create the "wow" presentation- use realistic lighting, balanced materials, staging, and camera angles that help clients visualize the finished project
- Represent approved products faithfully - use supplied product lines (Diamond, Fabuwood, Delta, Kohler, Moen, Wayne, Happy Floors) with verified details or clearly labeled placeholders
- Deliver next-morning-ready files - after the first onboarding week in US hours, work primarily opposite hours so complete, organized files are ready when the U.S. team begins its day.
- Protect first-pass quality - run the full QA checklist, keep revision rates low, and carry every approved change across all affected views and files
- Own the blocker handoff - escalate conflicting inputs, unclear products, or timing risk early, in writing, with impact and a recommended next step
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 2020 Design & Magicplan Skill - you can create clean plans and polished renderings efficiently and keep source files organized
- Creative Visual Judgment - you know how lighting, material balance, staging, and camera choice create desire without creating false expectations
- Detail-Oriented Accuracy - you verify dimensions, openings, products, finishes, and consistency, and flag what cannot be verified
- Reliable Opposite-Hour Execution - you can manage a next-business-morning handoff without being chased and communicate before a risk becomes a delay
- Forward-Thinking Problem Solving - you anticipate downstream needs, propose practical options, and improve the workflow while staying inside the brief
- Secure Professional Practice - you protect customer plans, addresses, credentials, pricing, and files and use only approved tools and services
