Intetics Inc., a leading American technology company specializing in custom software application development, distributed professional teams creation, software product quality assessment, and “all-things-digital” solutions, is on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst – ServiceNow Solution / Platform Architecture to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and analyze complex business requirements across multiple ServiceNow modules.
• Support platform governance, architecture standards, and best practices.
• Collaborate with architects to define scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Evaluate business impacts of architectural decisions.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow platform capabilities and roadmap.
• Support implementation and platform optimization initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Strong ServiceNow platform expertise.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture principles and governance models.
• Experience working closely with solution architects and technical teams.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent German (C1) and English.
• EU-based location.
