The Sr. Director will lead the strategic direction, build-out, and operational execution of the Field Reimbursement Management organization to support patient access for rare disease therapies. This role involves building a high-performing team, establishing foundational operating infrastructure, and collaborating cross-functionally to resolve access barriers for healthcare providers.

The Director of National Accounts is responsible for facilitating product access and reimbursement across commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, and federal payer markets. This includes developing strategic account plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to minimize access barriers for patients.
