Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex healthcare data integrations and build scalable data pipelines for ingestion and transformation. Serve as a senior technical advisor to customers while developing internal monitoring tools and observability systems.

You will build and operate web applications and APIs while collaborating with cross-functional teams to prototype and develop new customer features. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership, contribute to system architecture, and ensure the scalability and maintainability of shared AWS infrastructure.

This role is responsible for leading the technical delivery lifecycle of the Zus platform, overseeing teams focused on forward deployment engineering and technical enablement to ensure successful customer integrations. The Director will act as a player-coach, personally engaging in complex implementations involving FHIR, HL7, APIs, and EHR platforms while championing automation.

This role involves leading and mentoring a team of Sales Engineers while remaining deeply involved in solution design, technical discovery, and complex pre-sales engagements for the Zus platform. The director will own how customers technically evaluate, integrate with, and adopt the platform, partnering cross-functionally to ensure customer value.

You will build and operate data services driving applications and APIs while collaborating with team members to develop new functionality. Additionally, you will provide technical leadership and coach others to improve their engineering skills.
