The role focuses on maintaining the stability and reliability of a production SaaS environment through investigation, bug fixing, and root cause analysis. Additionally, the engineer will build internal tooling and documentation to improve team efficiency and incident response.

The engineer will design, build, and maintain a robust, automated API testing infrastructure to enable teams to test at scale. They will also manage integrations with external tools and implement monitoring strategies to detect regressions in third-party API behavior.

Own the end-to-end configuration and implementation of customer onboarding projects while driving standardization and repeatability. Collaborate with stakeholders to design optimized merchant journeys and translate business requirements into scalable platform configurations.
