The Activism Coordinator recruits, mobilizes, and trains activists and chapter leaders within an assigned territory to advance liberty. They are responsible for executing grassroots campaigns, hosting educational events, and tracking engagement metrics.

The role focuses on scheduling meetings with major donors, conducting prospect research, and soliciting donations. It also involves stewarding contributors through gratitude calls and documenting all interactions in a CRM.

The intern will support the Technology Operations and broader Operations teams by executing a wide range of technical and operational tasks. Responsibilities include data cleanup, documentation, research, vendor follow-ups, and assisting with system updates to improve organizational efficiency.

The role involves taking ownership of projects, leading initiatives from start to finish, and driving measurable impact within the organization. Responsibilities also include recruiting, training, and developing talent to contribute to a culture of performance.

The Donor Relations Advisor manages a portfolio of donors to drive retention, engagement, and increased financial support through consistent communication and in-person meetings. This role involves planning donor tours, tracking interactions in a CRM, and clearly communicating the impact of contributions to secure long-term partnerships.
