Lead the end-to-end Data Hub solution architecture and ingestion strategy to create a scalable cloud data platform. Design secure architectures and ingestion pipelines across AWS, Redshift, and Databricks while ensuring data quality and audit readiness.

The analyst acts as a bridge between benefits/HRIS stakeholders and the Data Hub team to ensure requirements and data reflect real-world workflows. Responsibilities include defining IV&V strategies, executing data validation checks, and preparing go-live readiness assessments.

Lead the analytics enablement, governance framework, and security model for the Data Hub to protect sensitive health and benefits data. Define reporting use cases and ensure compliance with HIPAA and Federal Reserve policies through strict access controls and audit-ready reporting.

The IV&V Lead will be responsible for planning and leading an Independent Verification & Validation engagement for a large-scale modernization program, blending leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement. This includes overseeing readiness assessments across technology, operations, and go-live criteria, and synthesizing findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

The IV&V Analyst supports engagements by executing detailed readiness assessments across technology, operations, and governance domains, focusing on evidence-based analysis and documentation review. This role involves evaluating ITIL-aligned processes, assessing monitoring capabilities, and contributing to structured documentation of findings and recommendations.
