Deliver in-person and online training for customers, dealers, and partners on building automation and technical building services software, and provide technical consulting for projects in line with relevant standards. Support software implementation and system integrations, lead industry events, and develop training concepts and consulting modules.
Deliver in-person and online training for customers, dealers, and partners on E-CAD software, electrical design, control engineering, and automation, and provide technical consulting and support. Help customers implement ERP/PDM interfaces and optimize their processes, present digital design solutions at events and trade fairs, and contribute to new training and consulting programs.
You will be responsible for advising customers and prospects on software solutions while generating new and existing business. Additionally, you will manage the lead pipeline, prepare offers, and document sales activities within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM system.
