Responsibilities also include delivery planning, creating and checking invoices/credit notes, processing production orders in the ERP system, and managing customer complaints.

The role involves acting as a consultant for various stakeholders in the construction industry and marketing high-quality clay tiles for pitched roofs. Additionally, the consultant will develop regional sales strategies and organize customer events.
