Manage compliance for residents and properties funded through LIHTC and HUD programs, including applicant screening, eligibility determinations, leases, certifications, tenant files, waitlists, and required reporting. Coordinate inspections, rent collection support, payment plans, property upkeep, and timely apartment turnover with finance, property management, and social services teams.
