Lead the optimization and strategic development of the party.de online shop, focusing on conversion rates, landing pages, and product presentation. Manage the shop management team and collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Product teams to improve the customer ordering process.

The controller will be responsible for creating reports, dashboards, and monitoring KPIs to support business decisions. They will also actively participate in pricing strategies, budget planning, and the optimization of inventory metrics.

The role involves creating reports and analyses, developing dashboards, monitoring KPIs, analyzing product assortments, and optimizing disposition key figures. The Controller will also actively manage pricing using professional tools and report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
