Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns while managing the full client lifecycle from document collection to filing. Communicate directly with clients and identify tax planning opportunities to improve financial outcomes.

The Tax Manager will lead tax planning engagements, oversee internal processes, and manage high-value client relationships. They are also responsible for mentoring team members and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of tax strategies.

The assistant will support the Tax Planning Department by helping prepare tax plans for business owners, reviewing various tax returns to find planning opportunities, and conducting necessary tax research. Responsibilities also include summarizing findings, preparing client documentation, and coordinating plan execution with the accounting team.

Assist the tax team in gathering and organizing client documents, and support the preparation of basic tax returns under supervision. Communicate with clients to request missing information and help implement firm processes.
