The Maintenance Team Leader will oversee maintenance operations in the Grand Est sector to ensure operational performance, customer satisfaction, and safety. Responsibilities include managing and developing technical teams, monitoring budgets, and ensuring compliance with QHSE standards.
Lead the maintenance activity across the assigned area, managing technicians, schedules, on-call rotations, and preventive and corrective maintenance while monitoring KPIs and contractual commitments. Serve as the main customer contact, manage budgets and profitability, ensure QHSE and regulatory compliance, and oversee subcontractors.
