Continuously monitor the availability and performance of servers, applications, networks, databases, and critical services; detect, document, investigate, and resolve operational events and incidents. Follow operational procedures, escalate issues according to impact and service levels, coordinate with technical teams and providers, perform preventive checks, and prepare shift handover reports.
