The Intake Specialist serves as the first point of contact for borrowers, handling high-volume inbound calls to qualify leads and gather initial documentation. They are responsible for guiding applicants through the initial loan process and transferring qualified leads to the appropriate loan officers.

The Bookkeeper processes accounts payable and receivable transactions, maintains accurate invoices and receipts, and supports general ledger entries. This role also manages collections activities and assists with month-end close tasks.

The Telephone Triage Nurse will monitor and respond to calls on the emergency line, providing guidance to patients and escalating cases when necessary. They will also manage patient cases in Salesforce and respond to related emails.
